Annie Ruffus

Annie Ruffus is a physical therapist and the owner of Mobilization PT, a cash-based practice located in downtown Hampton at the Seacoast Health Collective. By stepping outside the constraints of insurance, Annie blends physical therapy with personalized fitness to offer clients a more complete, movement-forward approach to care. Her goal is to help people feel stronger, move better, and live more active lives—on their own terms.

She joined the Gone Rogue Networking Group to connect with like-minded local business owners and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded community. Annie is passionate about rooting herself in the Seacoast through both business and relationships.

On the weekends, you’ll find her adventuring with her family in their RV, skiing and mountain biking across Vermont—even through the winter.
