Jenny O’Dell

Jenny O'Dell is an embodiment coach, Bowenwork practitioner, and HeartMath mentor based in Eliot, Maine.Through a compassionate, science-backed approach, she helps people shift from overwhelm to grounded clarity—without adding more to their to-do list. Jenny supports her clients in building resilience, reconnecting with their bodies, and rewriting their relationship with stress. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

She works with individuals navigating burnout, major life transitions, or simply longing to feel more like themselves again. Jenny accepts HSA/FSA cards and can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Outside the office, she’s a mom to three teens, a lover of yard puttering, and the soulful voice of The Rockingham Groove—a funk, soul, and swing band she performs in with her husband. Jenny’s known for her warmth, presence, and uncanny ability to make friends with just about anyone… even rocks.
